Installation Meeting 2024


16th November 2024


On our 225th Anniversary year, the Installation of the Lodge took place on the 16th November 2024.


A deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Ayrshire was headed by the SPGM Bro Liam Stewart.


Installing Masters were PM Bro Harry Jamieson who installed the RWM Bro Robert O’Neil for his seventh term of service to the lodge as Right Worshipful Master, and PM Bro William McClymont installing the Office Bearers of the lodge.


The Installation was followed by a festive board with customary toasts and an evening of entertainment shared by all.

Remembrance Sunday 2024


10th November 2024


The lodge was honoured to be invited to attend the civic church service and march in the town’s parade this Remembrance Sunday, where RWM Bro Robert O’Neil lay a wreath at Ayr cenotaph, on behalf of the lodge, remembering those who have suffered through military conflict. The brethren welcomed serving and veteran members of the Armed Forces community and their families, to the lodge afterwards. The day was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Fellowcraft Degree

Provincial GLA Annual Visit


14th February 2024


The RWM Bro Robert M O’Neil and his Office bearers conferred an excellent Fellowcraft degree on two candidates taking their second step in Freemasonry. After the degree, SPGM Bro. John Muir took the chair and presented a clear minute to Lodge Ayr St Paul No. 204, signifying the Lodge's adherence to the Constitution and Laws and its commendable administrative conduct over the past year.


The RWM then conferred honorary membership of Lodge Ayr St. Paul No. 204 upon Brothers Colin Ritchie and Ian Taylor, both respected Past Masters of Lodge Tarbolton (Kilwinning) St James No. 135, in recognition of their significant support to Lodge 204.

Regular Meeting

Entered Apprentice Degree



10th January 2024


The RWM Bro Robert M O’Neil and his Office bearers conferred the Entered Apprentice degree on two candidates taking their first step in Freemasonry. Following the degree work a presentation was made for £500 to St. John Scotland from monies raised by the Christmas Santa Sleigh touring the streets by the brethren at the 1st Alloway Coy, the Boys Brigade, Ayr Battalion.
